STRONG PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Lance has advocated for our public schools for more than a decade. As Alderman, he will continue to ensure that every Somerville child has access to quality schools and that our teachers have the resources they need to succeed.

EXPANDED OPEN SPACE

Lance understands how important green spaces and public parks are to our environment and community. Lance will work to improve our existing fields and parks and will fight to create new publicly accessible open spaces citywide.

AN AFFORDABLE COMMUNITY

Families should not be forced to leave their homes due to rising costs and increased property taxes. Lance will work with local residents to ensure that our seniors can afford to stay here, young families can raise their kids here, and newcomers can build a life here.

IMPROVED INFRASTRUCTURE

As Alderman, Lance will seek to set aside resources to address crumbling roads and repair public buildings. Lance will work with local leaders to obtain the funds we need to improve the status of our streets and structures.

SMART ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Lance knows that local businesses drive the economy of Davis Square and beyond. Lance will fight for small business owners while maintaining the character of our neighborhood and enhancing our quality of life.
